By accessing or using VibeFeedback ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VibeFeedback provides a feedback collection widget, AI-powered analysis, and integration tools for software developers. We process user feedback to generate insights, scores, and categorized ideas.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit the Service

You retain ownership of all feedback data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeFeedback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
